- Payment for Capital A List membership is taken each month.
- You can pause your membership for up to 3 months, twice per year. Please contact us to arrange this.
- You can cancel your membership at anytime and for any reason but must give 7 days notice to us. Please note that if you wish to renew your membership after having cancelled, the application approval process will still apply before the membership can recommence. For annual membership cancellations, you will be refunded for any unused period paid for in advance, up to a maximum of 9 months (the used months will be calculated at the standard monthly rate).
- Capital A List reserves the right to terminate a membership for any reason. Should a membership be terminated, the member will be refunded for any unused period paid for in advance.
- While all benefits afforded to Capital A List members listed on the website are correct as far as possible, occasionally the venue may alter their particular benefits without notice. Capital A List is not liable for any such changes. We will do our best to relay any changes in our working arrangements with our venues promptly to our members.
- Capital A List reserves the right to refuse any of its services to members for any reason.
- Capital A List is not liable for any injury, costs or loss suffered at any of the venues attended by a Capital A List member or their guests.
- Capital A List may need to alter its Terms & Conditions every so often. Members will be notified of any changes by email.
- Nightclub guestlist bookings are processed between 11am – 6pm Mondays to Saturdays. Please submit any guestlist requests by 6pm latest on the day you wish to attend. Include the full names of ALL guests you are bringing with you. Once the guestlist has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will advise if a chosen club guestlist is likely to be especially busy on a certain night and advise a recommended alternative.
- We are selective in who we approve to become Capital A List members. If you are bringing guests to any venue who aren’t also Capital A List members themselves, please ensure they follow the venue’s entry policy and dresscode.
- Gold members can make up to 5 enquiries per month; Platinum members 10 enquiries per month and Corporate and Elite members 15 enquiries per month. These do not include event bookings.
- Guestlists should not consist of more than 3 guests in total (this does not apply to restaurant bookings where there is no limit). If you wish to bring a larger group please contact us and we will advise whether it is possible.
- Please ensure you turn up to the venues that you have booked.
- Please notify us of any cancellation before 6pm on the date of the booking.
- For some restaurant bookings we may require credit card details to book in your table for the restaurant’s cancellation policy. We will inform you upon booking of any charges for a cancellation.
- Entry to all nightclubs we offer as part of our membership cannot be fully guaranteed. While submitting namelists to us will ensure you are on the guestlist for the particular venue, it is ultimately at the door’s discretion whether to grant entry into the establishment. Possible reasons for refusal at the door can include:
- Not adhering to the venue’s dress code
- Suspicion of drunkenness or drug use
- One of more in the group not showing a valid ID
- Unequal ratio of guys:girls (all-girl or mixed groups are preferred)
- Some clubs operate a 21+ policy on certain nights and may not allow entry to under 21 years old guests
- Exceptionally busy nights i.e. when an artist is performing
- Arriving late to the venue (it’s advisable to arrive prior to 11:30pm)
- Third Party Suppliers. We may introduce Third Party Suppliers to provide additional services to you if required.
- Capital A List takes no responsibility for instructing Third Party Suppliers as to how to perform the services they provide and therefore accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by a supplier in the course of providing services to the member.
- If your contract is with a Third Party Supplier, as we act only as agent, we cannot accept any liability for the arrangements provided by that Third Party Supplier. Any assistance provided in resolving a complaint in relation to any bookings of this type is provided on a goodwill basis and in our capacity as booking agent.
- We are not responsible for any incorrect information in brochures or websites or other supplied by ourselves but produced by a Third Party Supplier.
- If you book an arrangement (for example a hotel, private jet plane, yacht charter, classic car, cruise, dinner or spa reservation), Capital A List acts only as a booking agent for the supplier of that arrangement. Your contract for that arrangement will be with that supplier and not with Capital A List. The Third Party Supplier’s own terms and conditions will apply to that contract in addition.
- Limitation of Liability. In no event will Capital A List, any of its partners, providers, affiliates, including their respective officers, directors, employees or representatives, be liable for any indirect, incidental, compensatory or punitive damages or damages resulting from loss of profits, lost data or business interruption arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the service. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Capital A List, its service providers, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, beneficiaries, members, partners, employees, consultants, attorneys and agents and their respective successors and assigns, if any, (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from or relating to your use of the Services. Recommendations of third party vendors are at your own risk and Capital A List shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction from any service or merchandise. The decision to use any third party service vendor is totally your own, and is only a recommendation by us and holds no guarantees for satisfaction. An complaints, refunds, etc. should be directed to the specific vendor and not to Capital A List. The concierges’ comments and recommendations presented are based on research and opinions collected by the concierges, and are subject to change at any time.
