For the next edition of their Fire Series, they have invited David Taylor, chef director of Grace & Savour (1 Michelin *), his partner Anette (restaurant director) and their team to collaborate on a one-night-only menu focused around fire cooking. Grace & Savour’s emphasis on sustainable British farming & fishing is close to their hearts, and David’s hyper-seasonal cooking is bound to bring the vibrancy of spring to Restaurant St. Barts. Starting with a series of snacks in the lounge and continuing to the dining room, this is a chance to taste the spring season highlights from Johnnie Crowe and David Taylor side by side.
