The Cuisine
Under the guidance of Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella and executed by Culinary Director Stefano Lorenzini, Lavo’s menu is a celebration of Italian culinary artistry. Signature dishes include fresh homemade pasta like the Tagliatelle al Limone, infused with marjoram and sweet butter topped with ossetra caviar. The menu boasts whole grain, single-source flour pizzas, and a showstopper meatball topped with whipped ricotta. Seafood lovers are in for a treat with the delicate Salt-baked Mediterranean Seabass, and for those with a sweet tooth, the indulgent 20-layer Chocolate Cake is a must-try.
Adjacent to Lavo is The BoTree Bar, located in the new luxury independent hotel, The BoTree. This bar is a fusion of Marylebone flair and Mayfair chic, offering a relaxed yet elegant ambiance. A color-changing light feature and a stunning teal-marble bar highlight its vibrant space. The bar’s golden walls, laden with bottles, add to its luxurious feel. The bar menu, also curated by Lorenzini, includes lavish options like Oysters on the half shell with limoncello mignonette, a Caviar sandwich with egg salad and homemade chips, and a delectable True grilled cheese with hot honey.
