The Georgian Restaurant London Menu
Under the culinary direction of famous chef Calum Franklin, The Georgian’s menu celebrates classic British cuisine reimagined with contemporary flair. The evening menu draws inspiration from Harrods’ 120-year history, featuring dishes like the “1909 Harrods Diamond Jubilee Consommé,” a clarified chicken broth infused with Lapsang Souchong tea and roasted celeriac. The “1960 Pâté en Croûte” showcases smoked rabbit and Alsace bacon encased in golden pastry, accompanied by Marsala jelly and traditional Cumberland sauce.
The “Geoce” is a standout offering designed for two to share. This pie features slow-cooked British lamb shoulder, complemented by ratatouille, crispy anchovy tempura, and delicate sweetbreads, all finished with a lamb consommé. For those seeking a showstopper, the Beef Wellington, wrapped in bresaola and layered with wild mushroom duxelles and spinach, is served with sauce périgourdine, roast potatoes, and caraway-glazed carrots.
The dessert selection continues the theme of indulgence, with options like the “Chocolate Sphere,” a grand cru 66% dark chocolate shell filled with 42% milk chocolate mousse, praline, and yuzu confit. The “Georgian Trifle” layers caramelized Bramley apple compôte, vanilla crème diplomate, Calvados-soaked sponge, and apple jelly.
The Georgian’s afternoon tea is a quintessential British experience. It features a selection of finely crafted sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and preserves, and an array of delicate pastries. Tea sommeliers are on hand to guide guests through an extensive selection of blends.

He’s not the type to humble brag with his hand earnestly resting on his chest, telling you ‘how grateful and humbled’ he is in that way that makes you cringe. No, […]
